I am a fully qualified City & Guilds Baker/Confectioner who specialized in cake design and decoration with 23 years experience. My business is based in Newquay, Cornwall.

My scrumptions cakes come in lots of different styles and flavours, with deliciously sweet toppings, fantastically fruity sponges, irresistable icing and deeply rich chocolate for the chocoholics out there!

I am the co-author of "A Taste of Heligan - The Best From The Bakery" which was published in 2003 during my five years as Bakery Manager at "The Lost Gardens of Heligan".

Heligan, seat of the Tremayne family for more than 400 years, is one of the most famous estates in England. It runs its own bakery on site, which produces fresh bread, scones and cakes daily.

The many years of baking experience, great craft skills and the wonderful recipes of Tina Bishop made the bakery at Heligan the overwhelming success that it was, and contributed greatly to the second book.
